Hi, my name is Rick and I created this site.
I did so because some good friends of mine wanted to upgrade their home but, because they weren’t as schooled as they could have been ran into a lot of unexpected problems that cost them a lot of unnecessary time and a lot more money then it should have.
It is my hope that by telling their story, as well as putting together some helpful information that it prevents other home owners from going through the same problems.
